Dear Student,
This is inform you that beginning from this second semester’s examinations, pre-generated Exams Attendance Sheets are being used.  These are generated from the ITS/ERP.
This means you will no longer write your name and Index Number.
You will ONLY look up your name, write the serial number on your answer booklet and append your signature.
All the names have been arranged in alphabetical order for ease of reference – Surnames/Last names first.
As per the student hand book (2017-2021), portions of section 6 attached, and also directed by the Academic Board, ONLY a fully paid up and registered student is eligible to write an Institute exam.
The Attendance Sheets, therefore, contain the names of only fully paid and registered students.  Please, note that a Student who failed to register by the close of the registration period will not receive any grades even if s/he attends lectures and take examinations.

Please, any student with any challenge regarding his/her registration status should lodge a complaint with the Office of Dean of Students at the Student Affairs Secretariat.
