 URGENT REMINDER TO ALL STUDENTS CONCERNING FEE PAYMENT AND FULL REGISTRATION STATUS 

The Students Representative Council(SRC) by this communique humbly reminds all students of the Institute that the *deadline* for full ( *100%)* fee payment for the first semester of the 2019/2020 Academic year and Registration ends on Friday,November 08,2019 .

1. With reference to the above, a student only attains the full registration status after paying the full fee of 100% *before or on Friday, November 08, 2019* for the first semester of the 2019/2020 academic year. 

2. For the purpose of understanding with regards to *item 1,* students who made an initial payment of 60% are expected to make payments of the outstanding 40% before the said deadline of Friday,November 08,2019 . Failure to do so means such a student will be deregistered .

3. Students who failed to make the 60% fee payment are expected to make the full payment of 100% by Wednesday,November 06,2019. This is due to the fact that all fee payment made, takes a period of 48 hours to reflect before one can register and acquire the full registration status for the first semester of the 2019/2020 academic year.

With regards to the above, the SRC entreats all students to please make considerable efforts to pay their fee and acquire the full registration status prior to the deadline of Friday, November 08, 2019.

The SRC welcomes all complaints of challenges at its doorstep for consideration.
