UPDATE ON REGISTRATION FOR THE FIRST SEMESTER OF THE 2021/2022 ACADEMIC YEAR AND SPECIAL RESIT


Dear Students,

As per the last update on registration released on the 21ST August 2022, The SRC would like to inform all students i.e. Diploma, Undergraduate, and Postgraduate who sent their complaints regarding their inability to register despite making full payment of their fees and related penalties to take note of the below;

  1. All Students are hereby informed that the Institute has scheduled examinations for the non- registered students of the first semester of the 2021/2022 Academic Year and special re-sit examinations for all other students;
  2. All Students should note that the special re-sit exams are not for the first attempt, they are for those who had failed the courses in their previous regular examinations,
  3. These will be the last re-sit exams of the Institute, Students who fail courses will be required to retake those courses (see definition of “Retake” in the student handbook);
  4. The examinations are scheduled for the third week of August 2022, i.e. Monday, 15th to Saturday, 20th August 2022;
  5. All students are to note that, these would be preceded by revision/tutorial sessions (second week of August i.e. Wednesday 10th to Saturday 13th August 2022);
  6. All Students (all levels) who wish to participate in the examinations should please complete the google form via (https://forms.gle/8kvSzDcF7tyYVfL86);
  7. The fees are GHc700.00 for graduate courses; GHc500.00 for undergraduate courses, the 2021/2022 non-registered students are exempted from the payments;
  8. ALL STUDENTS SHOULD NOTE THAT PAYMENT SHOULD BE MADE BY FRIDAY, 12TH AUGUST, 2022;
  9. ALL STUDENTS SHOULD NOTE THAT THE DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION IS TUESDAY, 9TH AUGUST, 2022;
