SUBJECT: SRC GENERAL ASSEMBLY MEETING

DATE: FEBRUARY 21, 2024.

Pursuant to articles 9(2-3) and 10(2) of the SRC constitution, I am directed by the Rt Hon Speaker of the General Assembly to invite all members of the General Assembly, ex officio and the entire student body to the third sitting of the 11th General Assembly of the 2023/2024 academic year.

Date: Monday, February 26, 2024.
Time: 3:00pm
Venue: Mamphey Conference Hall

The meeting’s agenda will include the following items:

1. Approval of minutes from the second sitting of the 11th General Assembly Meeting.
2. Presentation and Approval of Budget.
3. Approval of Onuapa Scholarship Scheme.
4. Approval and Renovation of Study room.
5. AOB.

All are required to dress strictly formally in accordance with Article 14 of the SRC Constitution. Honourable members, kindly take notice and attend to the house accordingly.
