SUBJECT : GENERAL ASSEMBLY MEETING
In line with Article 9 and 21(8) of the SRC constitution and also the adjournment of the last general assembly meeting. I am directed by the Executive Committee and the Speaker of the General Assembly to invite ALL General Assembly members, ex-officio, All Class Reps and all students to its General Assembly meeting.

DATE: Tuesday, April 19, 2022
TIME: 3 PM PROMPT
VENUE: GB Auditorium
The Agenda for the meeting shall be the SRC President addressing the house on:
- Operationalization of the SRC in accordance with GIMPA STATUTES 2020
- Standardized Class Times
- New Parking Protocols issues
- First Semester Registration update
- A.O.B
Members, Class reps and Students are entreated to dress formally as required by Article 14 of the SRC Constitution.
Soft copies of the SRC constitution are available for download on the SRC APP.
All honorable members are entreated to take note and attend upon the house timeously.
