Mr Richard Oquaye Nortey is a BSc Business Administration student with an excellent leadership qualities, he was a member of the General Assembly from 2017/18 to 2018/19 and the disciplinary committee.

He was a member of the Electoral Commission’s vetting committee and became The Chairman of the Electoral Commission when the previous chairman resigned.

He presided over a successful election which preceded with a lot of challenges but indeed his great leadership qualities was again proven.
