The SRC is in active dialogue with management of the university toward negotiating an extension of the student registration deadline. 

We are optimistic that we will be able to reach a reasonable arrangement with management in the coming week.

The executives are also working to employ other measures to ease the strain the prevailing economic crisis in the country has imposed on students.
