Mr Prince Oppong Sekyere was born in the capital city of Ghana thus Tesano. Also, he is an indigene of the Ashanti Region. He received his basic education at the Apenkwa Shiayennoh Junior High School and proceeded to Kibi Secondary and Technical School.

He was then exposed to the basic rudiments of service and leadership when he served the school and students as a sports prefect.

Upon completion of senior secondary education, Mr Prince gained admission to the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA), where he acquired a Bachelor of Science in Procurement, Logistics, and Supply Chain Management degree.

In 2021, he was elected into office as the General Secretary of the Student Representatives’ Council (GIMPA).

As an ardent Christian, Mr Prince Sekyere worships with the Presbyterian Church of Ghana,Eternity Congregation.

And he fairly serves as the secretary for his local singing group.
