GHANA INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT AND PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION (GIMPA) STUDENTS’ REPRESENTATIVE COUNCIL (SRC)
We bring you warm compliments from the Election Commission of the GIMPA SRC for the 2024 SRC Elections.
Following the ruling of the Judicial Committee in Frimpong v. Vetting Committee and the Electoral Commission, the commission, by this communiqué, wishes to inform the entire student body that elections shall come off tomorrow, May 2, 2024, as earlier communicated.
To ensure a smooth election, students should take note of the following:
- TIME FOR THE ELECTION: 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
- CENTRES FOR THE ELECTION
- Gimpa Main Lawn: This is the centre for students from Business School and Public Service School.
- Gimpa Wak Park: This is the centre for students from SOT, Law School, and SOLASS.
Students are also required to come along with their student identification cards, as that will be used as the primary means of confirming that a person is a student of GIMPA. Level 100 students who have still not received their student identification cards are required to come along with their admission letter and a national identification card.
The commission assures all students and candidates of its profound commitment to organising a free and fair election.
