Reference is made to our memo 19/20/0002 . Dated Thursday, 1st August, 2019. On the Clean- up of the ERP/ITS and activation of the Progression Model.

By this memo, we the Students Representative Council (SRC) wishes to clarify that, the special re-sit examination espoused on in the memo before this is reserved exclusively for affected students during the Second Semester of the 2018/2019 Academic Year in the following categories;

1. Students who could not register but wrote the end of semester examination.
2. Students who could not register and did not write the end of semester examination.

3. Students who could not make full payment of fees and for that matter did not write the end of semester examination.

All affected students in the above categories are urged by the SRC to comply with the requisite procedure prescribed by the management of the Institute.

We are in constant engagement with management for a reduction in the penalty and extension of the period scheduled for the re-sit examination.

Lastly, all students who have 3 or more trails for a particular semester are to repeat that semester. This is due to a new directive prescribed by management.

This memo supersedes our memo dated Monday, 5th August, 2019 with the subject Resit exams registration.
