Students who have successfully completed their academic programmes during the 2018/2019 academic year (including those who could not graduate last year because of deficiencies) and wish to be presented during the July, 2019 Congregation are required to clear themselves of any financial and other obligations and register.
A non-refundable fee of GH¢450.00 for Masters and GH¢400.00 for undergraduates is required to be paid at any branch of Ecobank using Main GIMPA Account Number 0380014426245701 by close of business on Friday 19th July, 2019. Graduands who are unable to attend the ceremony will be required to pay the stipulated graduation fee before collection of their certificates and a free copy of their transcripts.
Mandatory rehearsals will be held on Wednesday, 24th July 2019 for graduates and Thursday 25th July 2019 for undergraduates at 4:00 p.m. each day. Arrangements have been made for rehearsals at the Satellite Campuses.
Only registered graduands who have been cleared of their financial and other obligations will be issued with graduation paraphernalia and duly presented.
All students should verify the spelling and arrangements of their names (i.e. first name, middle name and last name) from the iEnabler and lodge any complaint at the Schools for corrections by Friday 19th July, 2019. Failure to do so will attract a certificate replacement fee off GH¢100.00.
