SUBJECT:      FIRST GENERAL ASSEMBLY MEETING

In line with Article 8 of the SRC constitution. I am directed by the Executive Committee of the SRC to invite ALL elected members, Ex-Officio’s and all students to the first General Assembly meeting.

VENUE: MAMPHEY HALL

The Agenda for the meeting shall be:

1. Swearing in of the Speaker and Clerk
2. Swearing in of the Chief Justice
3. Swearing in of the General Assembly Members
4. Presidential Address
5. Swearing in of Committee Heads
6. A.O.B

Members are entreated to be dressed formally as required by Article 14.

All honorable members are entreated to take note and attend upon the house timeously.
