In light of a memo sent on Thursday 1st August 2019, about the Final Clean-Up of the ERP/ITS System,RefNo:19/20/0002 and subsequent engagement with the Management of the Institution, the SRC by this memo is directing all Course/Class Representatives to collate the details of all affected students in their respective classes.

The said detail must include Index Numbers, Names, and Mobile contacts of the affected students only.

Affected persons in respect to this notice must act immediately due to the time sensitive nature of this exercise.
