It is announced for the information of all 2022 Graduands of the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA), Accra that the 22nd Congregation of the Institute to
award degrees and diplomas to persons who successfully completed their programmes of study in the 2021/2022 academic year will be held as follows:
Undergraduate and Diploma Programmes

All the ceremonies will be held at the Greenhill Campus.
Registration Procedure
- Complete the application to graduate form (online)
- Complete the student clearance process (online)
- Pay the graduation fee at any branch of Ecobank using Main GIMPA Account Number 0380014426245701 and CBG Account Number 0510110559613
- Graduation fee:
All Graduands are required to pay a non-refundable fee of GH¢ 600.00 (Graduate, Undergraduate and Diploma students) to cover the cost of Congregation, Alumni subscription and Institute paranaphenelia items.
Closing date for Registration
Wednesday, July 27, 2022. No late registration will be allowed after this date.
List of Graduands will be available on the Institute’s website (www.gimpa.edu.gh)
Collection and return of Academic Regalia:
Students are to use their clearance form and the bank pay-in slip to collect the graduation regalia from their School/Faculty. Business School Graduands will collect theirs from the
Deadline for the collection of the regalia is 5.00p.m. on
Thursday, July 28, 2022 for all graduands with the exception of PhDs.
All graduands (including the PhD awardees) are requested to return the regalia right after the ceremony or latest by 5.00p.m. on Wednesday, August 3, 2022. Failure to do so will attract a penalty of GH¢200.00 for every day to the date of return of the items. Certificates will be issued on return of the regalia.
Rehearsals: Compulsory rehearsals will be held on Wednesday, July 27, 2022 for qualified registered Masters Graduands and on Thursday, July 28, 2022 for Bachelor and Diploma Graduands at 4:00 p.m. each day at the WARC Park, Greenhill, GIMPA. Arrangements would also be made for rehearsals on the various Satellite Campuses.
Attire:
Those to be presented will be expected to be seated by 8:00a.m. for the morning sessions and 1:00p.m. for the afternoon session in the appropriate academic regalia worn preferably over a suit/jacket with GIMPA neck tie or GIMPA Scarf in the case of ladies. Dress code is formal. Casually dressed Graduands will not be admitted.
Note: Graduands are to note that those who fail to attend the ceremony will equally be required to pay the same amount before their certificates are released to them.
