Dear Students,

Today marks an eventful day for the entire student body not only because I take up the mantle as the President of the SRC of our great institution but the dawn of a new era, and also an era of new hope for the student body.

As I take up this office as the SRC president of GIMPA. I am and still remain your humble servant, let me use this opportunity to express my deepest gratitude to the Deputy Rector, the Venerable Dean of Students, the entire GIMPA fraternity and the student body for their continual support for our great council. Let me reiterate that since I have become the official mouthpiece from this point onwards, your struggles are my struggles, your concerns are also mine, so I’m extending a humble invitation to all stakeholders of this noble institute not to be hesitant or inhibited in bringing to the attention of our council, a legitimate concerns about the mandate of the SRC. In the same breath, I want to assure the entire student body, my administration would work tirelessly to fulfil our promises. Let us all come together to work hard towards the excellence we crave for in the SRC.

Let me also use this opportunity to express how delighted I am to welcome all fresh men and women to this noble institute’s matriculation ceremony for the year 2021/2022. Choosing GIMPA over the various universities in our country demonstrates the trust placed in us for our academic excellence, which is recognized both nationally and internationally.

 I want to state unequivocally that I and my executives are committed to upholding, protecting, and ensuring the peaceful stay of all students at this institute. As we all know, the main objective of this Matriculation exercise is to familiarize you with our institution’s essential values, standards, and culture. These guiding principles have shaped the institution’s image as a centre of excellence.

The fundamental principles also reflect our institute’s mission, which is to foster a university of worldwide standard, so that the quality of students produced by the institute are rated the best in Ghana and among the very best in Africa. As fresh men and women, it is anticipated that you will adhere to these institutional rules and regulations and engage in all institutes activities. I will entreat

It’s a new dawn for you, make it bright and beautiful. all fresh men and women to be devoted to your studies and be able to defend your selection from among the many that applied to study at this illustrious university.
