20TH CONGREGATION ANNOUNCEMENT – 4th and 5thNOVEMBER, 2020
As you may be aware the Institute’s 20th Congregation which was scheduled for July this year could not come off due to the Covid-19 Global Pandemic.
We wish to inform you that the 20th Congregation of the Institute will be held on the 4th and 5th of November, 2020 for students who successfully completed their academic programmes during the 2019/2020 academic year ending June, 2020 (including those who could not graduate in 2019). The ceremony will be face-to-face and in sessions. The dates and times for the various sessions are as follows:
All qualified graduands will be required to pay a non-refundable graduation fee of Gh¢500.00 for Graduate and Gh¢450.00 for Undergraduate/DMS/DACS at any branch of Ecobank using Main GIMPA account number 0014426245701 or Consolidated Bank Main GIMPA account number 0510110559613 by close of business on Friday, 30th October, 2020.
Mandatory rehearsals will be held on Tuesday, 3rd November, 2020 in two sessions; 10:00a.m. and 2:00 p.m. for Undergraduates/DMS/DACS and Graduates respectively, at the WARC Park at the Greenhill Campus. This arrangement applies to all graduands: Greenhill and Satellite Campuses.
Only qualified graduands who have been cleared of their financial and other obligations will be issued with their certificates and free copies of academic transcripts.
