REMINDER

20^TH CONGREGATION ANNOUNCEMENT – 4^th and 5^th NOVEMBER, 2020

Please be reminded that the Institute’s 20^th Congregation will be held on the 4^th and 5^th of November, 2020 for students who successfully completed their academic programmes during the 2019/2020 academic year ending June, 2020 (including those who could not graduate in 2019). The ceremony will be face-to-face and in sessions. 

The groupings for the sessions are as follows:

• Morning, Wednesday, 4^th November, 2020 at 10:00 a.m – Undergraduate Programmes – School of Technology, School of Public Service and Governance and Faculty of Law. (Guests are to be seated by 9:30a.m.)

• Afternoon, Wednesday, 4^th November, 2020 at 2:00 p.m – Undergraduate Programmes – Business School Group One (Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Hospitality and Tourism). (Guests are to be seated by 1:30p.m.)

• Morning, Thursday, 5^th November, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. –  Undergraduate Programmes – Business School Group Two (HRM, Marketing, DMS, Operations and Supply Chain Management, Procurement Management and Project Management). (Guests are to be seated by 9:30a.m.)

• Afternoon, Thursday, 5^th November, 2020 at 2:00 p.m – All Graduate Programmes (SOT, SPSG, Business School and SOLASS). (Guests are to be seated by 1:30p.m.)

All qualified graduands will be required to pay a non-refundable graduation fee of Gh¢500.00 for Graduate and Gh¢450.00 for Undergraduate/DMS/DACS at any branch of Ecobank using Main GIMPA account number 0014426245701 or Consolidated Bank Main GIMPA account number 0510110559613 by close of business on Tuesday, 3^rd November, 2020. 

Mandatory rehearsals will be held on Tuesday, 3^rd November, 2020 in two sessions; 10:00a.m. and 2:00 p.m. for Undergraduates/DMS/DACS and         

Graduates respectively, at the WARC Park at the Greenhill Campus. This arrangement applies to all graduands: Greenhill and Satellite Campuses. 

Only registered graduands who have been cleared of financial and other obligations will be issued with graduation paraphernalia and duly presented.
